CONTREOL BY DOYJO LLC
Acceptable use.
Clear rules that protect customers, visitors and the services we share.

What these rules cover
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service with DOYJO LLC. It covers the AI designer, prompts and generated applications, public previews, published sites, uploads, visitor submissions, domains, and email. Account holders are responsible for authorized users and for moderating the features they enable. AI output does not excuse a violation.
Security and unlawful-use prohibitions already apply under the existing Terms. This expanded policy applies to new accounts and newly accepted agreements from October 3, 2026. For existing accounts, additional restrictions take effect November 3, 2026, after notice within the service, subject to the Terms’ limited urgent legal, security and abuse exceptions and any consent required by law.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal transactions or content; child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, trafficking, nonconsensual intimate imagery, or sexualized depictions of minors, including synthetic material.
- Credible threats, incitement to violence, terrorist recruitment or support, targeted harassment, doxxing, or hateful abuse directed at people because of protected characteristics.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, phishing, credential harvesting, stolen data, counterfeit goods, infringement, or deceptive payment or investment schemes.
- Malware, ransomware, botnets, spam infrastructure, open proxies or relays, denial-of-service attacks, or access to accounts, records, devices or systems without permission.
- Attempts to make the AI reveal secrets, change permissions, bypass safeguards, reach internal networks, run server commands, or access another customer’s data. Instructions embedded in a prompt, reference site or upload give no such authorization.
- Unlicensed or otherwise unlawful gambling, financial, drug, weapons or other regulated sales or services; evasion of applicable trade restrictions.
- Commercial pornography, sexually explicit entertainment, or sexual services offered through this shared hosting service. Lawful medical information, education, journalism and non-explicit art are not prohibited merely because they discuss sexual subjects.
- Cryptocurrency mining, resource exhaustion, prohibited scraping, evasion of usage limits or enforcement, or creating replacement accounts to continue a restricted activity.
These rules concern conduct and content, not lawful political, religious or other viewpoints. We assess context, evidence, applicable law, and the actual security or service risk.
Email and shared infrastructure
Mailboxes are for ordinary business correspondence. They are not a bulk marketing platform. No unsolicited bulk messages, purchased or harvested lists, deceptive headers, phishing, harassment, malware, open relays or attempts to evade delivery limits. Permission-based campaigns must use a separately approved email platform; approval is not permission to spam.
Follow the Business Email Use Policy, including accurate sender information and legally required identification, mailing address and unsubscribe handling. Keep credentials secure. We may restrict outgoing mail, mailbox access or affected services when abuse or a compromised account threatens recipients, other customers or delivery reputation. Delivery and an IP address’s reputation cannot be guaranteed.
Review, suspension and termination
We may investigate a credible report, restrict content, disable a public preview or website, suspend email, revoke account sessions, stop AI requests, and suspend or terminate an account for material violations. We may act immediately where delay risks harm, security, service stability or legal exposure. When practicable and lawful, we explain the reason and offer a chance to correct a remediable problem. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination.
A policy restriction can end public or paid access immediately; payment does not override it. We stop future renewals under our control and arrange any external provider cancellation. Payments already processing, outstanding invoices, refunds and domain arrangements need individual review under the Terms and applicable law. Restoring access does not restart a cancelled payment agreement. Contact support for billing cancellation even if you cannot sign in.
Restriction does not automatically erase work, email, credit balances, invoices or audit records. We handle preservation, lawful reporting, access requests and deletion under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Ask support about retrieving lawful material or transferring services where feasible and safe; prohibited material cannot be republished or exported where unlawful. We do not promise to detect every violation or review every submission.
Report abuse or request a review
Email brianbateman@doyjo.com with the website address, relevant dates, a description and safe evidence references. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, illegal images or unnecessary personal information. For an immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service. Copyright complaints follow the copyright procedure.
For an appeal, identify your account and explain why the restriction should change or how the problem has been corrected. We review the evidence and respond through support; creating another account is not an appeal. Nothing here limits nonwaivable rights.
