How AI tokens and credit balances work
Input is what the AI reads; output is what it generates, including reasoning. These are alternative equivalents, not two separate allowances. Real requests use a mix of both. Standard speed. Longer requests, other speeds, models and images use the balance at their own rates. Token amounts reflect current customer prices and update when prices change.
Each confirmed paid hosting cycle adds your monthly allowance, which expires at the end of that cycle. Purchased credit and refill bonuses carry forward; expiring credit is used first. Your account shows your balance and charges.
Payment, publication and account details
Prices are in USD, before applicable taxes. Domain registration is separate. Contreol is owned and operated by DOYJO LLC. DOYJO LLC sends your invoice through QuickBooks. No QuickBooks account is required. Approve your order by paying the invoice with a credit card or ACH. Hosting and email renew monthly with your approved credit card or ACH autopay. Hosting and mailboxes ordered together share one recurring payment request. Later mailbox additions can have a separate recurring payment. Verified payment starts automatic hosting setup and publication. Your account guides custom-domain and email setup. Free design previews can be published on a Contreol subdomain before payment. Custom domains and business email require paid activation. Saving a launch plan does not charge you.

Can I change the design after adding my content?
Yes. Your business information, text, products and services carry into the new design. You can change the layout, colors or footer independently. Preview each page: a different layout can change section order and visibility. Choose whether to replace the homepage image or keep your own.
Do designs, palettes, headers and footers use AI credits?
No. Browsing, selecting and switching included preset designs, palettes, images, icons, header and footer layouts uses no AI credits. AI-generated content, new images and custom development can use credits. Your free credits are available for that AI work.
Can the AI build more than a template website?
Yes. Ask the assistant for custom features, forms, calculators, page layouts, content changes and ongoing improvements. It can prepare code and changes for you to review and refine. Features that depend on outside services may require an account, credentials or additional setup.
Do I need finished content or design experience?
No. Start with a plain-language description of your business, what you offer, and who you help. AI can draft product and service descriptions, and the design controls let you explore the look without writing code. Review any generated text to make sure it reflects your business accurately.
Can I use my own logo, images, and videos?
Yes. Upload assets from your device, including JPG, PNG, WebP, and GIF images, plus MP4 or WebM video. You can use your logo’s colors, add product and service photos, and try a video background with a generated cover image and optional looping.
Will my work be saved if I leave?
Your account saves your draft and selected uploaded media. Wait for the saved confirmation before you leave, then sign in to continue from your account dashboard. You can keep refining your content and design before planning your launch.
What if I already have a domain or business email?
Keep your domain at its current registrar and keep your email provider if you wish. After hosting activation, your account guides you through domain ownership verification and the DNS records to change. Contreol connects the domain and checks HTTPS automatically. You can also order new mailboxes, set their passwords and get connection settings in your account. Building a draft does not change your domain or email.
How do I change or cancel services?
Open Manage services in your account. Cancel hosting or email renewals, change your mailboxes, or cancel a one-time low-balance invoice authorization there. Paid access continues through the date shown. Your account and draft are kept. A hosting plan can include mailboxes. Review the included services before cancelling that recurring plan, and confirm cancellation using the link in your payment confirmation email. Later mailbox additions and one-time credit refills have separate controls.
How does my website go live?
Publish a free design preview from Review & polish or your account, and share its Contreol subdomain for feedback. When you are ready to activate paid hosting, approve your order by paying the invoice with a credit card or ACH. Your initial hosting and selected mailboxes are combined in one request. Once payment is confirmed, Contreol automatically prepares hosting, checks HTTPS and publishes your saved website on its included Contreol address. Your account shows progress and the live link. Custom domains can be connected afterward; payment confirmation, DNS changes and certificate issuance can take additional time.
