CONTREOL BY DOYJO LLC

End user license agreement.

Permission to use the Contreol platform, and the rights you keep in your own work.

Effective September 29, 2026 · Version 2026-09-29.2

Contreol is owned and operated by DOYJO LLC.

DOYJO LLC is your service provider and invoice issuer. DOYJO LLC sends your invoice through QuickBooks. No QuickBooks account is required. Approve your order by paying the invoice with a credit card or ACH.

1. Agreement with DOYJO LLC

This EULA is between you and DOYJO LLC, the owner and operator of Contreol. It covers the hosted Contreol interface, builder, assistant, software and related platform materials supplied to you. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refund requests are governed by those terms and your selected order; this license does not itself authorize an invoice or payment.

2. Your permission to use Contreol

While you comply with your agreement and the requirements of your selected services, DOYJO LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use Contreol to create, edit and operate the websites and functionality supported by your account. You may permit your authorized staff to work on your business website within the account controls available to you.

This is access to hosted software. It is not a sale of the Contreol platform, source code, infrastructure or intellectual property. Access to paid hosting or email depends on the paid service period; your ability to keep a draft is described in the Terms.

3. Platform ownership and your materials

DOYJO LLC owns Contreol and retains its rights in the platform, proprietary software, branding and original platform materials. Third-party components remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted beyond the permission stated here or a relevant third-party license.

You keep your existing rights in the content, logos, images, data and domains you provide. We receive only the permission needed to provide your requested services, as described in the Terms. Generated website content does not give you ownership of the underlying Contreol platform. We do not claim ownership of your business merely because you use the builder.

4. Use restrictions

Do not resell or sublicense access to the Contreol platform without our agreement; remove proprietary notices; bypass authentication, usage limits or billing controls; access other customers’ data; introduce malware; or interfere with the service. Do not copy or reverse engineer proprietary Contreol software except where applicable law or a third-party open-source license permits it. These restrictions do not limit lawful use of your own content.

5. AI output and third-party components

AI features act on your instructions and can change website content or functionality. Review and test results before publication. AI output may contain errors, resemble other output or involve third-party rights. Permission to use Contreol does not guarantee exclusive or copyright-protected output, legal clearance, accessibility compliance or fitness for a regulated use.

Follow the licenses of third-party images, fonts, software and other materials you select. A third-party license controls its component if it grants rights beyond this EULA. A reference link, attachment or generated suggestion does not establish that you have permission to use someone else’s protected work.

6. Duration and ending access

You may stop using the software at any time. Use Manage services to cancel paid renewals; simply stopping use does not cancel them. Paid access continues through its paid period under the Terms. We may suspend access for material misuse, security concerns or legal requirements. Account closure, data requests and retained records are handled under the Privacy Policy.

Ending the license does not transfer ownership of the platform, extinguish accrued obligations or remove your rights in your own materials. Contreol does not currently provide a downloadable website-code package. Keep your original files and ask about portability needs before ordering.

7. Other terms and contact

The availability, mandatory-rights protections, governing law and contact provisions in the Terms also apply to this EULA. We may update this EULA as our services, technology, business practices or legal requirements evolve, following the notice, effective-date and acceptance process in section 12 of the Terms. Material changes ordinarily receive at least 30 days’ advance notice, subject to the limited urgent legal, security or abuse exceptions described there. To the extent legally permitted, continued use of the affected software or service after receiving the required notice and after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We will obtain express consent where required. You may decline by stopping use and cancelling paid renewals as described in the Terms; access solely to cancel does not constitute acceptance. Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite earlier acceptance records or apply new terms to accrued claims or disputes. This agreement does not waive rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit you to waive.

For licensing questions, contact DOYJO LLC at brianbateman@doyjo.com or (920) 285-7570.

The Terms’ liability, third-party-claim, acceptable-use and mandatory-rights provisions also apply to this license and access to the software. No limitation is expanded beyond the scope allowed by applicable law. A third-party component’s license continues to control the rights it grants in that component.
