Your Contreol administrator login also manages billing. Sign in to continue here.
Sign in to administration →1. Connect your QuickBooks company
IntuitContreol needs its own authorized connection to operate from your server. The QuickBooks connection in ChatGPT cannot be transferred here.
One-time setup in Intuit
- Open your Intuit developer dashboard ↗ and create an application for Contreol.
- Enable QuickBooks Online Accounting and use the app’s Development credentials.
- In Intuit, open My Hub → Sandboxes and check that a test company exists. A developer workspace and Development credentials do not create a sandbox company. If the list is empty, choose Create sandbox → United States → QuickBooks Online Plus, then create the company.
- Add the redirect URI below exactly, then enter the matching Client ID and Client Secret.
- Connect, authorize access in Intuit, and confirm the company shown here. Production credentials and company authorization are separate from Sandbox testing.
- For notifications, register the webhook URL below, select Invoice and Payment changes, and save that environment’s verifier token here.

Sandbox workbench
Use an isolated test contact with your existing administrator login. Connect a Sandbox company first. Test records never become production orders.
Adding the test client to QuickBooks is a separate button. Its example.test email cannot receive messages. Contreol does not send invoices or create charges from this workbench.
2. Prepare your customers
Saved customer launch plans appear here. Add a customer to QuickBooks, or review a matching record before linking it. Administrator test projects are excluded.
$21/month hosting + $2/month per mailbox.
Amounts shown are before any applicable tax. Customer sync does not create an invoice or charge a card.
From payment to launch
QuickBooks hosts the customer’s recurring-payment enrollment. Prepare the invitation there, then save its link on the customer’s Contreol order.
- Customer authorizes paymentThe customer opens the reviewed QuickBooks invitation from their Contreol account.
- Match the accounting recordContreol checks the specific customer, USD amount, order reference, invoice allocation and duplicate use.
- Confirm merchant successYou check recurring consent and the first successful payment in QuickBooks Payments. Accounting records alone do not prove collection.
- Prepare and launchProduction sites need hosting, HTTPS and any requested mailboxes ready. Sandbox checks never publish a website.
Connection diagnostics
Recent request outcomes and Intuit trace IDs for troubleshooting. Credentials, customer details and request bodies are excluded.
