HOW IT WORKS

One agreement for the initial plan.

Hosting and mailboxes requested together belong on one monthly QuickBooks recurring payment. A mailbox added later can have its own agreement.

Create and send the recurring payment invitation in QuickBooks. Use the prepared descriptions below on each hosting and email line; the correct Contreol reference is appended automatically.
Record the sent request, its acceptance deadline, and whether payments start immediately or on a future date. Verify the customer’s authorization in QuickBooks.
Contreol checks the QuickBooks invoice and payment to manage service access.

QuickBooks handles the approved card or ACH autopay. The connected integration checks accounting records; sending these requests and verifying authorization still require QuickBooks. Customers may need to create an Intuit account or sign in. Expired requests must be checked before replacement to prevent duplicate plans.
